E-VISA

Electronic visa (E-visa) is one of the types of visas issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department to foreigners via an electronic system. Vietnam electronic visa is valid for a maximum of 90 days, single or multiple entries.

Temporary residence card (trc)

Temporary residence card is a document issued by the Immigration Department to foreigners who are allowed to reside in Vietnam for a limited period of time (2 - 5 years) and is valid instead of a visa.

Work permit in vietnam

Vietnam work permit is issued by the Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs or the Department of Employment, allowing foreign workers to work legally in Vietnam. Vietnam work permit has a maximum validity of 2 years.

Apostille

Is a phrase used only for countries that are members of the Hague convention and are exempt from embassy legalization in the country where the document will be used, but it still needs to be certified by a diplomatic agency before the document is used. (Example: APOSTILLE French Degree, University Transcript used to study abroad in South Korea)
